She serves as lecturer and speaker on various topics in notarial matters, both at local and national levels. She holds the position of Attorney Manager, reviewing projects required by our clients and coordinating the follow-up of such matters for case conclusion.
Roxana Aragón Canché
Licensed in Law, graduate of Universidad Humanitas. Has more than ten years of experience in the notarial field.
She specializes in real estate and banking matters, serving various banks in credit formalization, guarantee constitution and, in general, any topic required by such institutions.
She has served as lecturer in various notarial training programs and has completed several certifications in banking and real estate matters.

Dafne Hobak Che
Licensed in Law, graduate of Universidad de Oriente. She joined the notary office more than five years ago, with extensive experience.

There is no doubt that the administrative workload in a Notaría has increased over the years. Therefore, we have a solid team to provide our clients with all the facilities for attention, follow-up and conclusion of their matters.
Revenue administration is under the direction of Licensed Berenice Andrade Ramírez, who, together with her team, is responsible for carrying out billing to our clients. Likewise, she is responsible for income verification, client registration and direct attention to any administrative questions our clients may have.

Likewise, she verifies that tax receipts are obtained so that clients can deduct their payments, is responsible for validating that billing is executed in favor of our clients by various authorities, among many other duties under her charge.

She verifies that corresponding testimonials are issued, as well as their registrations with the appropriate public registries in compliance with regulations governing our activities. Likewise, she is responsible for delivering testimonials to our clients, both physically and digitally, guaranteeing information backup at all times.
